Welcome to T3
Fitness has always been a big part of my life. Whether by participating in sports, weight training, or learning new fitness ideas or concepts like yoga, stretching or meditation; fitness has been there. Only until about 15 years ago did I truly begin to devote myself 100% to sharing and teaching others what I have come to learn about fitness. Were there some bumps along the way? Sure there were. When the dust settled, it was my desire to be really fit and well, that pulled me through.
What did I learn?
#1. There is immense power in a group
#2. Outdoors, preferably the beach is the best place to heal and strengthen from the inside/out.
#3. Lastly, wearable technology is a game changer for anyone looking to create and maintain a certain level of fitness.

My vision is to share with people who have a similar past and are ready to create a new action. The actions I share in my life, the group are the steps I took to create my physical change. Just like quitting alcohol and drugs required discipline, honesty, open-mindedness and willingness, your path to transform may require similar actions. I and the group, along with our wearable technology are simply here to help hold you accountable, provide love, and a space to transform your mind, body and spirit.
