Service Description

This is a scripted 50 minute Tabata style yoga fusion mix focused primarily on strengthening, sculpting our glutes and tightening our core (abs/low back). We train in 5 minute blocks. 4 minutes of 8-movements (20 seconds on 10 rest) followed by a 20-60 second High intensity Cardio. The tools we use for resistance are hip bands and sand bags to strengthen and prepare us for life's movements in single leg, double leg. Bring water. Towel.
