Monday-Total Body H.i.i.T

50 minutes of H.I.I.T strength training for the entire body. 20-60 seconds per set in 5 minute  blocks of time. Make sure that you bring your HR Monitor. Measure your burn each class then sit back and watch the transformation!


Wednesday-Glutes & Core

Come get your glute work done here on the beach. Tabata style mix (20 seconds on 10 rest) 8 movements for 4 minutes followed by a 20-60 second High intensity Cardio session. Mixing single leg, double leg bodyweight, band and resistance training with our patent pending T3 Sandbag. Bring water. Towel. 


Friday-Circuit Training

Circuit training on a Friday. Using Battle Ropes, Sprints while focusing on movement and breath. 8 different stations and we rotate (Sprint) every 5 minutes. The burn is real here. Don’t forget your heart rate monitor! Burn now and keep burning calories throughout the day
